| A. | Purchase a Distributor Kit, send in the Distributor Registration & Agreement Form and you become a Supervisor entitled to purchase products at our maximum discount. |

| A. | The minimum order is 50 Commissionable Points(CP) of Personally Purchased Volume(PPV). |
| Q. | What are Commissionable Points(CP)? |
| A. | They are the points assigned to Matol's commissionable products and are used to calculate qualifications, Royalty Override Bonuses (ROB's) and incentives. |
| Q. | What volume counts for generations? |
| A. | Generations
1, 2 & 3 are based on 150 CP Generations 4, 5 & 6 are based on 250 CP |
| Q. | Do I have to re-qualify? |

Supervisor or higher, you must re-qualify on a quarterly basis with 150 CP of PPV. (Call Distributor Services for complete details) |
| Q. | What is Matol's Autoship Rewards Program (MARP)? |
| A. | MARP affords you the convenience of having your orders automatically shipped to you on a regular basis each calendar month. With a minimum single order of 250 CP of PPV, you will receive free shipping. |
| Q. | As a "paid as" Executive Field Advisor, can I qualify for the Infinity Bonus if I have less than 50,000 CP on my first 5 generations? |
| A. | If you have a minimum of 15,000 CP on your first 3 generations, you will qualify to receive a 1% Infinity Bonus. |
| Q. | What is the $3,000 Expense Account and how do I qualify for it? |
| A. | Each month you qualify, you will receive $3,000 for expenses pertaining to building your Matol business. In order to qualify, you must maintain the Executive Field Advisor's 2% Infinity Bonus for 3 consecutive calendar months. (Call Distributor Services for complete details.) |
| Q. | What is the Chairman's Beach Club and how do I qualify for it? |
| A. | You will receive an all expense paid trip for two in the Caribbean, hosted by J.F. Robert Bolduc, Matol's Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO, at his St. Bart's estate. In order to qualify, you must maintain the $3,000 Expense Account for 4 consecutive calendar months. |
| Q. | How are Royalty Override Bonuses (ROB's) paid during the two month Weekly Enroller Bonus (WEB)? |
| A. | For the first two calendar months, no ROB's will be paid on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd generations while the WEB is being paid out. |
| Q. | Under the WEB, when the Enroller is not the Sponsor, does the Sponsor receive the Weekly Enroller Bonus and/or Royalty Override Bonuses? |
| A. | No, during the two calendar month WEB period the Enroller replaces the Sponsor. Therefore, the Sponsor will not receive the WEB or any ROB's for that two calendar month period. |
| Q. | Under the WEB, is the bonus paid out on Autoship purchases only? |
| A. | No, the WEB is paid out on all Commissionable Points accumulated throughout the two calendar month period which includes regular orders made through Order Entry. |
